Philosophy of the department

Architecture is an area of reference which embodies a number of facets - technology, arts, humanities and crafts.

Technical training programmes in architecture besides creating trained professionals is  being formatted in a manner such that these bring out the hidden talent and help in the blossoming the latent capabilities of an individual, reinforce the self confidence and build an attitude of positive thinking.

The philosophy of this department is to create well rounded thinking personalities who are exposed to all the facets of architecture and are acquainted with the areas in which architects can contribute in the growth and development of society.

The training is directed towards building an appropriate student architect repertoire which will help a young person become an efficient professional and a concerned citizen - an asset to his state and nation
